In 2015, LLK launched the Women In Business Initiative, a consulting and mentoring initiative aimed at supporting women business leaders in the US, and Slovenia. As part of this initiative, LLK specializes in contemporary research on woman leadership and the roles of women in business families. LLK Events and Lecture series was developed to support University Business Programs and International Organizations with LLK’s selection of relevant case studies on women business leaders from around the world. The Lecture topics include analysis of real-world cases looking at: Challenges women face when starting their own business to running a multinational corporation. Women in Business Families are covering the essential roles of daughters, sisters, wives, and mothers. Women in Family Business Succession. Our Events and Lecture Series is adaptable and can be customized for the specific requirements of the University Program or Organization, though booking at least two months in advance is required.
